Bailey Park is a new subdivision in North Pole, Alaska. Located off Freeman Road in North Pole, we are developing roughly 25 lots and building six star rated (super energy efficient) houses. The subdivision takes its name from the 1940's movie "It's a Wonderful Life." Bailey Park is a community built to focus on the sacred value of the family, hope and what truly matters in life.
